Q: What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A: A deep clean is our starting service. It includes detailed attention to every area of your home: dusting all ceiling fans, windows, window sills, baseboards, doors and knobs, furniture, and light fixtures; vacuuming and mopping all floors; scrubbing bathrooms thoroughly; cleaning cabinets, countertops, and all kitchen appliances inside and out; and even dusting around your washer and dryer as much as possible. Beds can also be made if a spare set of linens is left on top.
Once the deep clean is complete, our regular cleaning maintains that same level of detail in every visit. The goal is to keep your home consistently fresh and spotless, without allowing dirt to build up again. Regular cleaning is not “less” — it’s maintenance at the same high standard established during the deep clean.

Q: Do you wash dishes, do laundry, or organize belongings?
A: No. To provide the best results, we ask that all dishes, laundry, and personal belongings be put away before our team arrives. This allows us to focus entirely on a thorough cleaning of your home.

A: Yes. If you leave a clean spare set of linens on top of the bed, we’ll be happy to change the sheets and make the bed for you.

A: Payment is due after the cleaning is completed. We accept cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo.

A: Yes. Every cleaner is rigorously background-checked for your peace of mind. We also make sure the same team is consistently assigned to your home, unless staffing shortages require a change.

A: We provide all professional-grade supplies and equipment. Upon request, we can use green/eco-friendly products — or your preferred products if you supply them.

Q: How do pricing and estimates work?
A: Pricing is based on home size and service type (standard vs. deep vs. add-ons). We provide free upfront estimates over the phone. In-person estimate visits are available at a low cost, or free on days when we are already working near your location.

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning? How do you handle access (keys/alarm)?
A: You don’t need to be home. Many clients provide a key or door/garage code — handled securely in our system — to simplify recurring service.

A: Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Late changes may incur a fee due to reserved staff time.
